				The objective of the Wheatgrass Foundation is making possible health and freedom for the population on the Earth, based on Ann Wigmore's ideas. With increasing Wheatgrass Foundation International Aid, starvation and increasing food expenses may be eliminated in India as well as in Europe and America, despite polluted environments. When a healthy way of living prevails, those problems will be solved. With the Wheatgrass Programme each individual can experience change in weeks. We believe it's possible to live in a world without disease and suffering, if we are willing to return back to Nature. The Wheatgrass Programme will have a far extending impact upon the future of our planet. These simple truths must be accepted. Our contemporary exhausted och chemically infested Earth needs to restore its rich organical condition, indoors as well as outside. Food made unnatural by processing and cooking gives usmany health problems. The body and soul will heal itself, once supported by the complete Wheatgrass Programme. Food expences will decrease when indoor gardens supply people with food at low cost. We spend billions from tax money on medicaments, surgery, hosptals and medical planning, despite the fact that there is no permanent cure. That money could be spent on starvation prevention, and teaching man to assume responsibility for his health, aided by Nature. The Wheatgrass Programme will work for a more fair protein supply share. We waste resources by using one acre to produce 800 kgs of meat protein when cereal and seed protein from the same area would yield ten times more. Seeds may be stored for a long time, and they can generate food ten times their weight by germination.
